Amazing staff! I have not run across one person who was a crab or not willing to help in the years my parents lived here. All were kind and generous with their help when my mother passed away last year. This year they were the ones who advocated for and cared for my father when he had a horrible hospice that did nothing for him. All of Orchard Crest went above and beyond when taking care of him. The girls who took care of him every hour are in the right field. They showed compassion, kindness, love and allowed him dignity. I will always remember how wonderful you all were. I truly can not say enough about OC and all of the staff-thank you

Thank you to everyone at Orchard Crest Memory Care for taking such good care of my dad. Everyone there is so caring and really helped with dads day to day care. I would recommend Orchard Crest to anyone that has a loved one needing a safe place. Very clean nice rooms, good food, and fun activities.

I just looked at these reviews and I can’t add anything more. 3.5 average? Im a retired medical professional who was tasked with finding a place for dad. The care he received was superior and as he needed more help, the staff took it in stride. Dad never felt like a burden and he let the staff help him with his deteriorating self care, (his daughters couldn’t help with anything). I really am glad I chose this community for my dad. I would hate to see the average rating on those facilities I turned down.

I only have one word to describe Orchard Crest….. AMAZING!!! Now that I have had some time to grieve the lost of my Dad, I am so grateful for the care he got in the last months of his life. I watched him in his home before his move to assisted living. He was lonely and sad. After his He began to live again. And those memories are cherished. Thank you staff of Orchard Crest I am forever grateful ❤️

My dad moved into Orchard Crest in Sept 2023 kicking and screaming, needless to say it was not his decision to move but for safety reasons. Within a short time, he was telling me how much he liked it there and how kind everyone was to him. These are my observations, and I was there almost daily, The staff, all of them. are wonderful caring people. Dad was always treated with care and dignity. These people became like family to not only him but me. He lived in Assisted living and the level of care was second to none. If we did have any questions they were always addressed and resolved. There was always some sort of activity going on. . What impressed me was how no matter where we went the staff all knew and called him by name. He would just smile at them. I lost my dad on March 7th but I will forever be grateful for the love and care they showed him. He truly felt cared for and safe. I cannot think of one thing bad to say about this place. So, if you are looking for a peaceful, clean, fun environment I highly recommend Orchard Crest.

The staff here is caring and friendly. My family felt welcome any time. As my parents needs changed, we had excellent support from the community.

My parents moved to Orchard Crest in 2022. From the first day they were made to feel welcomed. The staff is conscientious, courteous and kind. Our family was always made to feel welcomed when visiting. We have been encouraged to use the common areas and my dad always referred to all the areas as ‘our home’. We were encouraged to join our parents for meals and used the family room for private parties numerous times. The staff are so friendly and everyone knew my parents by name. When my father passed the staff were helpful and diligent in helping us get my mother the additional care she needs. I would highly recommend Orchard Crest for anyone who is looking for community living.

This place is amazing! There was such peace of mind knowing he was well cared for in every aspect of his daily life. For my dad’s last days, he lived in this beautiful resort. What impressed me most was the fact that the staff knew everyone’s name and treated residents with such respect and dignity. He was mad we moved him at first but after a couple weeks he was so happy. He loved the food and the assistance to get to the dining room. He had dementia and was confused about the route. Each meal a caregiver would show up and tell him to get on his “hot rod” which was a scooter. The humor made him smile. They would walk beside him to the dining room and then lead him back. He loved the food and the large variety he could choose. We felt very blessed that an opening became available when he became unsafe it his home.

Our dear friend finally moved here from the Seattle area. It is getting very bad over there and the safety of seniors is frightening, but he finally made it over here and we are happy for him. On the day we came to visit him he gave us the tour and he was excited to show us around. The facility is magnificent and well thought out by the developers. Like a mini city within a city. We are so happy for him AND we commend the owners of this place on such a beautiful place for seniors. Thank you

Walking into Orchard Crest is so inviting! The staff here are so welcoming, caring and softhearted. I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business!

My grandpa moved in here after much persuasion to move from home due to his needs. Since moving in he has thrived! He loves being around so many other veterans, the activities are amazing, the staff are helpful while still encouraging his independence and we love seeing him flourish! This place is a 10/10!!

Came here looking for a place for my grandmother. The facility is beautiful and welcoming, the staff are friendly and beyond helpful. My grandmother loves it here and has made so many new friends and memories and we love visiting her her! Would highly recommend Orchard Crest to anyone.

I absolutely love it here. I moved in on January 21st and never thought I could be so happy. I’m involved in several things and stay happy ☺ and busy. Thank you Orchard Crest for being such a wonderful place and thank you Jacki for walking me through it. I have made lots of friends and think it’s a wonderful place.

Jacki went above and beyond her job giving us a tour of the facility. She’s truly a gem for your company; the perfect person to represent such a beautiful place for my mom to live.

Step one! Go meet Jacki at Orchard Crest!!!!! My mother, Lavoine worked in Medicare insurance industry for 22 years and out of all the retirement centers she was in, she chose to look at Orchard Crest when her health took a downturn!!!! The staff are so caring, from Jacki, to reception,nursing staff, Miss fabulous Kristen in activites, Stephen the bus driver, so loving and caring, maintenance or dining servers they make you feel at home and help you in anyway they can. The FOOD is awesome and lots of it. The residents are so friendly and helped the change from going from your big home with 30 years of stuff to a one bedroom and sharing stories laughing and tears and now– lets go to an activity! The apartments are awesome. so roomy and lots of electrical outlets. Love all the safety cords so Mom could get help if needed. As a kiddo in my late 50’s I was scolded for all of Moms changes that seemed to happen so quickly, but in the end I was called her precious loving daughter as Orchard Crest lived up to giving Mom a great life, in a great safe place to live in her final year. I will share with all my friends and family the great year of 2022 at Orchard Crest Retirement.

Never easy moving your loved one out of their home. Orchard Crest staff is absolutely amazing. Jackie was my go to. She truly has what it takes to make Orchard Crest feel like home.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming welcome you offered to my parents. The entire staff made what could have been a stressful transition into a calm and positive time. I cannot wait for them to explore all of the fun opportunities that Orchard Crest offers. It is like living in a resort! Thanks again for loving my parents.

Cannot thanks the kind staff at Orchard Crest enough for their loving support of our family. Dad moved into Independent Living apartment and thrived. He loved the companionship he developed with staff and other residents. As his health declined the transition to a higher level of care was basically seamless. Then as end of life approached, they gave us room to support him as best we could, but were there for us when it was more than we could handle. They worked tirelessly with Horizon Hospice. Dad was wishing he had made the decision earlier as he really enjoyed living there.

I am writing this review to say THANKI YOU to so many people that work at Orchard Crest Assisted Living facility. My mother was a long time resident here. Mom was not what you would call an “Easy” patient. Over the years she developed dementia, sundowners disorder with a combative component and a long list of other issues but the nurses, maintenance people and even the administration always treated her with kindness, patience, smiles and loving caring bedside manner. Many of them went out of their way to buy her treats, an article of clothing here and there, and occasionally some home cooked treats. I wish that I could call all these people out by name because they were so especially wonderful but I don’t believe that is allowed; however, if my email is allowed here feel free to contact me and I will share that with you. Mom passed away recently and the outpouring of love and support was enough to make this 68 year old son of hers tear up. If ever you should need a place to put yourself or a loved one you just can’t go wrong with Orchard Crest Retirement Center on Evergreen Road. Thank you everyone there for being so wonderful to my mother!

The only place I would trust to have my mom live whether the retirement community or the assisted living. Their many fun group activities, outings and celebrations promote physical and mental/emotional health for those who wish to participate. You can always hear laughter and see smiles wherever you are. The staff truly cares for their residents and their families and takes pride in making sure all who live at Orchard Crest feel as they are part of a caring neighborly community.

To Everyone at Orchard Crest Memory Care, Thank you for loving and taking care of dear Marsha. She brought joy to so many lives. you treated her with dignity, respect and warmth. Craig and I were comfortable leaving her in your care. It was so nice watching the family atmosphere at OCMC and you opened your arms to us. You have touched our hearts. Thank you for the wonderful, tender loving care you provided for our mom. She felt at home and very pampered in her “spa” as she often referred to her new home. We will be forever in your debt.

My mother and father-in-law moved into Orchard Crest. I liked their approach to care and the fact that they had a spacious 2- bedroom apartment available for 2 individuals to move into. I like the people. Their staff is wonderful and caring. Everybody that we had any interaction with has been warm and caring. They have all kinds of activities. They have craft activities. They have a bus that takes the residents on scenic drives and out for outings. They will take the residents for doctor’s appointments. They serve 3 meals a day. I have eaten in their dining room. The food was outstanding. It’s a beautiful place. It’s modern, it’s clean, and it’s light and bright. Our experience at Orchard Crest has been extremely positive.

My father-in-law’s is in Orchard Crest. It had been very good. We’ve been very pleased with the accommodations and what they offer, and he has been enjoying himself here. The staff is very good. Comparing the rooms to the other ones, they’re a little bit more spacious. We felt like, for what we were getting for the money, we are getting a very good, high-quality room and service. We spent less but goyt more. They have reached out to me when they have concerns, really watched him as a new resident, and called when they had a concern about him. They are really keeping a close eye on him and making sure that he is taking advantage of all the amenities being offered and getting his money’s worth. I was really impressed with that.

I like Orchard Crest very much. The facility and the people are very nice and very friendly. The activities are good. They have a nice one-bedroom unit with a balcony, which I liked a lot. They have bingo, wine and cheese nights, poker, movies, and sports on the big screen.

Orchard Crest Retirement & Assisted Living would have been a perfect location for my mom. It is a beautiful new building. It is in very good condition, and they have a very good staff.

I would say the Orchard Crest is a quite impressive place. The facility is very nice and very spacious. Their dining area is very nice, as well as their rooms. The people seem to be friendly. I would not mind living there when I get of age.

Beautiful well maintained assisted living center. A variety of activities daily. Hair stylist, a little convenience store, large pool, friendly staff in the dining room, a woodshed and much more. My grandmother lived here and we felt that she was well looked after while being able to maintain her independence. They ever go around to the apartments every afternoon to deliver the juice and muffins and check in
